  • Thomas J. Condon, Jr.

    Tom Condon has been working in the landscape industry in Rhode Island since the mid 1960’s.

    Since founding Northern Landscape Corp. in 1973, Tom has worked with thousands of clients in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and Connecticut. His work has included industrial, commercial, and residential landscape construction and maintenance. He has completed projects and maintained landscapes for municipalities, state and quasi-governmental agencies, large corporations, local companies, homeowner’s associations, and residential properties.

    Tom is a Rhode Island Certified Horticulturist and a Rhode Island Licensed Arborist. He also holds a Rhode Island Pesticide Applicator license.

  • Sean P. Condon

    Sean Condon and his brother Tom have been working in and around the landscape industry since birth.

    Sean holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from the University of Rhode Island. He is a RIDEM licensed OWTS Designer and Installer.

    His work includes landscape visioning and budgeting, planting design, concept development, and project management. Sean also fills various day-to-day roles in the company including equipment operator, truck driver, and laborer.

    When Sean is not working, he spends his free time enjoying life in Rhode Island. Some of his hobbies include cycling, hiking, playing drums, and expanding his knowledge of all things.

    Tom along with his younger brother Sean have been active in the landscape industry since their childhoods.

    Tom possesses knowledge and experience of proper construction techniques along with a vast Horticultural knowledge passed down from his father, Tom Jr. Tom’s passion for great landscapes and his love of the outdoors are some of the many reasons Tom enjoys working in the landscape industry. He is a RIDEM licensed OWTS installer.

    When Tom is not working, he enjoys spending time outdoors. Some of his hobbies include hiking, playing guitar, cycling and motorcycles.
